Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all relationships concerning the use of the web service "continue?gg" (the "Service") provided by us.

By using the Service, the user (the "User") is deemed to have agreed to all of the contents of these Terms.

Users may register through OAuth authentication with start.gg or X (formerly Twitter). Users must comply with the terms and policies of each authentication provider.

We may refuse registration or revoke a registration after the fact if a registrant is found to have made false declarations, violated these Terms, or to have ties with anti-social forces.

Users are responsible for properly managing the credentials of linked accounts (start.gg / X, etc.) at their own responsibility.

We assume no liability for any damage arising from unauthorized use of a linked account by a third party. If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact contact@continue7.gg immediately.

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Impersonating other users, players, or third parties
• Manipulating Pickem voting, coin transfers, or rankings by improper means
• Infringing the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights of us or third parties
• Interfering with the operation of the Service or imposing excessive load
• Scraping, copying, or redistributing data of the Service without permission
• Providing information obtained through the Service to third parties for commercial purposes
• Other acts that we deem inappropriate

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users in any of the following cases.

• System maintenance or updates
• Force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disasters
• Outage or specification changes of external services (start.gg, X, Stripe, Supabase, etc.)
• Other cases where we determine suspension or interruption is necessary

We assume no liability for any damage arising to Users from such suspension or interruption.

The Service sells paid coins for supporting players via Stripe. Once payment completes, coins are reflected in the target player's account immediately.

Paid coins are digital content; due to their nature, refunds and cancellations after payment completion are generally not accepted.

Pricing, payment methods, refund conditions, and other details are defined in the Legal Notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act).

Player information, tournament information, match results, etc. shown on the Service are compiled and displayed based on start.gg API, Liquipedia, and other public sources.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of displayed data. Users use this information at their own responsibility.

Copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights to the content included in the Service (screen design, text, logos, source code, etc.) belong to us or rightful owners.

Players' names, likenesses, and logos belong to their respective owners; their display on the Service is for the purpose of fan support and information.

We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Service is fit for the User's particular purpose, that it has the expected functions, accuracy, or usefulness, that it remains continuously available, or that no defects will arise.

We assume no liability for any damage arising to Users in connection with the Service, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We may, with prior notice to Users, change the contents of the Service or terminate its provision. We assume no liability for any damage arising therefrom.

We may, when we deem necessary, change these Terms without prior notice to Users. The changed Terms take effect from the time they are posted on this page; if a User continues to use the Service after the change, they are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Within the scope necessary for providing the Service, we collect and use public profile information from linked accounts (start.gg / X), usage logs, transaction information from Stripe payments, and similar.

Personal information collected is used solely for operating the Service, preventing fraud, and responding to inquiries; it is not provided to third parties except as required by law.

The interpretation and application of these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

In the event of a dispute between us and a User regarding the Service, the district court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall be the exclusive court of agreed jurisdiction in the first instance.
